New in Fwin: sign examination certificates digitally

 

Examination certificates have to be stored for a given period due to legal requirements.

Up to now you had to print out examination certificate, sign the paper and store in a paper folder.

Since version 2011 you can sign certificates digitally with the signature pad, any graphic tablet or even on touch screen and store it in Fwin.

The program will then prompt for measured values (e.g. resistance of protective conductor) which will automatically appear on the test certificate. With the click on „protocoll“, the signature pad will be activated. Now you can sign the certificate on the pad, like the way you already know from parcel service..

The digitally signed certificate will be converted to PDF-file and stored in PDF folder. Additional the file will be linked in Fwin maintenance.With this link you will find the certificate quickly and easily.
